Een mooi, schattig klein vakantiehuis met twee slaapkamers en een privézwembad op een afgelegen locatie, in de buurt van Vodnjan. Het huis ligt in een olijfgaard op een locatie tussen Vodnjan en Svetvinčent. Het heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer, twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Het huis is volledig voorzien van airconditioning. Het prachtige overdekte terras met uitzicht op het zwembad en de olijfgaard zal de bezoekers verrukken. Huisdieren zijn welkom tegen betaling. Parkeergelegenheid is aanwezig, net als beddengoed en handdoeken. We raden het aan voor gezinnen of koppels die hun vakantie in afzondering willen doorbrengen, zonder buren. De dichtstbijzijnde winkel is in Juršići, en het dichtstbijzijnde strand ligt op 15 km afstand.

De middeleeuwse stad Svetvinčenat ligt in het zuidelijke deel van centraal Istrië. Savičenta biedt een groot cultureel en historisch aanbod. Onder de verschillende zomerevenementen kun je genieten van festivals zoals het Jazzfestival en het Dansfestival. In de herfst presenteren wijnmakers hun heerlijke producten tijdens het Jonge Wijnfestival. Deze vakantiebestemming is ook ideaal om te fietsen, wandelen, jagen of trektochten te maken. Lim Bay, beroemd om zijn verse vishandel en prachtige zonsondergangen, ligt op slechts 15 km afstand. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en restaurant liggen op ongeveer 1,5 km afstand. Het strand ligt op 20 km afstand, en de luchthaven van Pula ligt op ongeveer 30 km afstand.

Pool great. Great location for peace and quiet and dogs. All in all, we had a great vacation and have already booked for 2024. Landlord very nice and immediately on site if there are problems.

We spent 13 days in this holiday home in June and really enjoyed it. The facility is functional, it is very clean and everything you need is there. The landlord is super friendly and tries very hard to ensure that the guests have a pleasant stay. He was always approachable with questions and - if necessary - helped quickly. The pool and terrace are the highlight of the house, apart from the location. If you want to spend an absolutely quiet holiday, this is the place for you, the house is in a secluded location in a spacious olive grove. The lack of proximity to the beach is more than compensated for by the great pool, shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes away by car. The landlord is amiable and helpful, he will guide you directly to the house. Questions are answered quickly. The accommodation was as described in the advertisement. Very private as there is no one right nearby. The view in the middle of nature is absolutely fantastic! The house is well-equipped (cutlery and everything you need to cook or barbecue, except for the spices). The pool is big, clean, and practically cleans itself. There is a barbecue. The accommodation can not be found with navigation, the landlord will take you directly to the house. It is outside, yet the nearest city is only 7 minutes away. The beach is about 15 minutes. Petrol stations or shopping options are quickly accessible by car.

The stay was really very nice and relaxing. The house was clean and well equipped. We didn't lack for anything. The house is in a quiet location, but you can still reach beaches and towns from there in about 30 minutes. The host was always available and very friendly. Definitely a three star rating.
